Job Title
Home Centers Business Analyst
Position Overview
Dedicated Shaw representative working on-site at Menard’s corporate office - located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Responsible for purchasing, order fulfillment, and inventory control to ensure Account demands are met across multiple product categories.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with all Account contacts.
  • Develop recommendations to drive sales, turns and in-stock position.
  • Forecast future inventory levels based on collection and analysis of applicable data.
  • Actively plan and coordinate all phases of ordering and inventory control to meet Account demands.
  • Work with Shaw manufacturing personnel and demand planning to facilitate a timely and accurate order fulfillment process.
  • Place orders for all Shaw products. Orders must be managed to meet logistical and manufacturing criteria.
  • Complete and provide Account required weekly, monthly, and annual reports. Execute other reports as requested.
  • Assists with special projects as requested.
  • Implement system based policy and program adjustments to improve inventory control.
  • Act as customer contact for store inquiries regarding Shaw related inventory issues. Proactively communicate anticipated delays or other concerns.
  • Understand and adhere to confidentiality requirements.
Requirements:
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making in support and accordance with Shaw’s standards, practices, policies, and ethics.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Attention to detail and strong, professional customer service a must.
  • Proficient with computers and software including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and other various data bases.
  • Effective and professional communication skills – oral and written.
  • 4-Year degree.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid driver’s license. Must be able to carry samples and lift 30-60 pounds. Minimal travel with occasional overnights may be required.
Safety and Security Requirements:
  • Use caution when lifting products and samples to prevent pulling/straining muscles. Adhere to guidelines set forth by Shaw policies and procedures.

Work Shift
8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
