Job Title: Business Analyst

Strong Guidewire Claim Center Experience, including:

Common integrations

Multiple policy data sources other than Policy Center

How various lines of business uniquely engage with the system

Moderate Data Analysis Experience

How to navigate/query the system for information between claims and policy source systems

Perform Basic SQL Queries

Perform Complex Excel functions/queries

Document Management, Insurance Accounting (GL), and actual Policy Administration System Experience is a plus, but not required

General Business Analyst Skills and Experience:

Strong Business Analysis acumen and experience (5+ years)

Self-starter with the ability to work independently for results, as well as collaborate with a team

Proven ability to elicit requirements from senior level stakeholders both internal and external

Strong documentation skills

Strong command of written and spoken English

Strong influencing and leadership skills

Requirements gathering and documentation

Group facilitation and requirements elicitation

Process and Procedure analysis and mapping

Implementation training and troubleshooting

Lead UAT efforts and defect management

Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)

Professional Communication/Chat (Skype/Teams)
