10+ years of experience in Resource Vendor Management roles supporting Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore resource vendors within large institutions.

Flexibility and organizational change management experience.

7+ years as Resource Vendor Management Leader developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing teams driving maturity of the function.

Strong process leader who is detail oriented with demonstrated expertise in contract agreements and risk management.

Strong operational experience in large complex environments.

Actively anticipates, identifies, and manages risks within the position scope and at the company.

Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in vendor management roles

Management level experience in Telecommunications including experience in complex, multi-regional technology operations environments. Procurement and inventory management is preferred

Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to track and analyze data to show results

Build and maintain process for monitoring and quickly remedying vendor performance against contractual and project requirements

In partnership with Procurement, optimize vendor onboarding process focusing on ensuring readiness day one with a focus on customer experience

Manage vendor rate card with Procurement and Business Planning team
