Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Clearance: Public Trust
Citizenship: US Citizenship Required
Salary: US market data minimum $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 maximum wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.

AttainX, Inc. is in search of a highly energetic Business Analyst with good communication and organizational skills to support our government client.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Experience in business analytics and system design analysis
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related area of study
  • Experience with various web-based software applications including ALM, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
  • Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • IIBA Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification
  • Experience with SAFe Implementation
  • Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • SAFe V.5 or higher certification,
  • Experience working independently and taking initiative
Job Duties:
  • Identify and gather appropriate business requirements that lead to the necessary solution that satisfy the business need.
  • Tracks requirements from business case to implemented solution. Maintains requirements for reuse.
  • Review end user training documentation and assist in training if needed.
  • Provide artifacts (Business Requirement, Functional Requirement, Navigation maps, knowledge base articles, etc.) and educate the support team. Provide input to production support when necessary.
  • Assist in defining test scenarios, test plans, test strategies, and the creation of test scripts to ensure requirements from business case implemented into solution.
  • Integrate testing for project and provide support for user acceptance testing.
  • Create functional specifications based on business requirements. Regulate and assess changes to requirements and their impacts.
  • Support the Subject Matter Expert on business processes and systems for their functional area of expertise.
  • Document and track current and future state business processes and requirements within one or more functional business areas.
  • Work in conjunction with project manager, and systems analysts to build test plan, business test scripts. Trace test plans/scripts to requirements from business case to implementation solution to ensure accurate results.
  • Define and create project related policies and procedures, create functional specifications, decisions documentations as well as following Project Management Office (PMO) methodology.
  • Proficient in managing projects with deliverables
