Overview The Training and Diversity Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training programs and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This role works closely with the Human Resources department to ensure that all employees are trained on diversity and inclusion topics, and that all employees have access to the necessary resources to succeed in their roles. Detailed Job Description The Training and Diversity Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training programs and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This role works closely with the Human Resources department to ensure that all employees are trained on diversity and inclusion topics, and that all employees have access to the necessary resources to succeed in their roles. The Training and Diversity Specialist will also be responsible for developing and delivering training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in training and development
• Experience in developing and delivering training materials
