Livara partners with fully insured commercial and Medicare Advantage payors and providers, including AIM, Elevance, Scripps, and Providence St. Joseph Health, through flexible value-based payment arrangements, including assuming total cost of MSK care. With a 94 patient net promoter score, Livara is transforming MSK care.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product development efforts, ensuring our offerings remain innovative, effective, and aligned with Livara's mission of transforming musculoskeletal care. The CPO will be responsible for guiding product strategy, managing product requirements, collaborating with development to build and release products, and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute and achieve business goals to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that supports Livara's mission and business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, design, and development to launch, evaluation, and iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, clinical leadership, operations, sales, and marketing, to align product initiatives with business goals.
- Drive innovation in our product offerings by staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and design thinking, leveraging customer insights and analytics to inform product development and enhancements.
- Ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and regulatory compliance.
- Build, mentor, and manage the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payors, providers, and patients, to ensure our products are meeting their needs and driving value.
- Oversee resource planning and maintain budgets
- Reinforce company values, embody and cultivate a team that is “humble, hungry, and smart”, and build a performance-first culture
- Clearly articulate the organization's product vision and roadmap to key stakeholders, partners, and the broader executive leadership team. Present goals and progress updates regularly.
- Spend time in clinics as needed to get to know and collaborate with the clinicial team and understand the processes especially in the first few months. Likely travel frequency will decrease but may still peak during certain times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of commercial experience in product management roles, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Built and supported B2B2C applications in healthcare
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products using agile development or similarly lean methodologies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in the areas of value-based care and musculoskeletal health
- Understanding and use of big data and machine learning in designing the reporting and recommendation aspects of the product to inform and drive patient outcomes
- Working knowledge and strong skills in data visualization and analytics across multiple domains
- Experience with ad hoc reporting and decision support designs
- Familiar with computer vision and pose estimation as a way to monitor and support remote treatment and work with the CTO on implementation
- Experience in creating and managing content to support patient treatments
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively in problem-solving
- Commitment to our mission of transforming MSK care and improving patient outcomes
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Familiar with computer vision and pose estimation as a way to monitor and support remote treatment and work with the CTO on implementation
- Experience with designing and building full risk models into commercial product
- Understanding of physical therapy and behavioral intervention workflows
- Experience in creating and managing content to support patient treatments
- Experience in instrumentation design and implementation

Salary: $175k - $225k
