With a 94 patient net promoter score, Livara is transforming MSK care.

  7. Build, mentor, and manage the product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payors, providers, and patients, to ensure our products are meeting their needs and driving value.
  9. Oversee resource planning and maintain budgets
  10. Reinforce company values, embody and cultivate a team that is “humble, hungry, and smart”, and build a performance-first culture
  11. Clearly articulate the organization's product vision and roadmap to key stakeholders, partners, and the broader executive leadership team. Present goals and progress updates regularly.
  12. Spend time in clinics as needed to get to know and collaborate with the clinicial team and understand the processes especially in the first few months. Likely travel frequency will decrease but may still peak during certain times.

Qualifications:

  2. 10+ years of commercial experience in product management roles, preferably within the healthcare industry
  3. Built and supported B2B2C applications in healthcare
  4. Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products using agile development or similarly lean methodologies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  5. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in the areas of value-based care and musculoskeletal health
