The Head of FP&A is responsible for leading the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. This includes developing and executing the company's financial strategy, providing financial insights to the management team, and ensuring the company's financial reporting is accurate and timely. The Head of FP&A will also be responsible for managing a team of FP&A professionals. The Head of FP&A acts as a business partner with many top managers across the company.

You’ll spend time on the following:

• Managing the company's financial restructuring
• Providing financial support to the company's new management team
• Assessing the company's financial processes and systems from scratch and making recommendations for improvement
• Driving the implementation of new financial processes and systems

We’re excited about you if you have:

• Strong understanding of financial statements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A systematic approach to work
• MBA, economic university master's degree, or equivalent degree
• Ability and passion to drive change
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, business experience welcomed
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Anaplan, NetSuite experience welcomed
• Strong Excel knowledge is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
