Director Of Fp&A

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading retail company in its search for a Director of FP&A. This position will bring functional expertise, work collaboratively across the organization and present financial results to company leadership on a regular basis.
Director Of FP&A Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic financial planning processes for the sales and marketing teams
• Monitor margin, sales and trend analysis for multiple P&Ls daily
• Develop and mentor a team of high-performing analysts and managers
• Lead and develop business case analyses to support major company initiatives and business decisions
• Track, monitor and develop KPI and performance processes

Director Of FP&A Requirements

• Highly detailed individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with vendor/brand contract negotiations
• 10+ years of professional finance experience ideally coming out of the retail, CPG or manufacturing industries
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing a team
