Growth Hacker LCM, Advisors Client Services, Data & Services
Mastercard Data & Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets and in-house technologies to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and finance.
The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Performance Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Business Experimentation, Marketing and Project Management. Our Marketing consultants develop strategies and support implementation of marketing activities and engagements; evaluating and monitoring results and KPIs to drive performance. You will provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, leveraging customer, behavioral and transactional data, defining tangible results to both the client and Mastercard.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact
  • Propose and approve current/new digital communication formats, and new solutions/channels for media investment
  • Manage day-to-day and make tactical decisions
  • Make strategic decisions about the operation of performance desk in accordance with the business objectives defined and aligned to the desk
  • Plan AB tests and evaluate results together with the desk team
  • Lead the LCM performance desk, defining the operating strategy and aligning priorities, goals, trends etc.
  • Identify opportunities and propose improvements in operation and changes in campaigns focused on growth and CPA control.
  • Support the strategies through to execution and monitor the results of the operation, engage with the client contact to validate the strategy and present results
  • Define and prioritize the development themes of each sprint with a focus on generating LCM results, especially on transactions, spending and consumer engagement
Team Collaboration & Culture
  • Understanding of various marketing specializations and relationships between areas
  • Lead on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to both direct and outside team members
  • Own relationship with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital
  • Guide team through complex problem solving to business-focused solutions and recommendations that drive client value

Specialist, Product Commercialization
Overview
Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&I) is focused on making Mastercard the safest, simplest, and smartest way to pay. As a key part of C&I, the Security & Cyber Innovation group is responsible for the innovation and development of security products that help to secure our ecosystem by identifying and mitigating threats from digital fraud, financial, cyber and systemic risk—all while ensuring a positive consumer experience. Within this group, the Product Commercialization team guides and enables effective execution of the product development and go-to-market strategies for more than 40 products, tailoring product development and commercialization guidance for every product initiative to ensure appropriate delivery of all commercialization requirements in alignment with Security & Cyber Innovation global and regional strategic priorities.
In This Role, You Will
Develop and demonstrate strategically segmented solution narratives and foundational sales processes to drive incremental product sales revenue in new and existing customer segments.
  • Support the development of a structured, consultative, data-driven sales approach using strategically packaged security solution narratives for customers across Mastercard lines of business.
  • Inform and enable effective sales support processes.
  • Support the education and training of regional and customer-facing sales partners in using the strategically packaged solution narratives and sales enablement processes/materials with customers.
Position and elevate strategic, packaged and product narratives to save time and costs.
  • Help to communicate and streamline product positioning and messaging throughout the organization, ensuring awareness, accuracy and consistency across all internal/external touchpoints.
  • Assist in creation of global product narratives that facilitate the appropriate alignment and development of sales/marketing/RFPs, announcements/communications, training/reference documentation.
  • Aid in market research in support of global product narratives.
All About You
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task across multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, information systems or a related field.
  • Ability to build strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders across various geographical and cross-functional disciplines (development, finance, legal, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all layers of an organization.
  • Basic understanding of product development and management principles and concepts is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the payments industry and the role security plays in payments is a plus.
  • Solid experience developing and executing product narratives in product sales presentations, internal/external summaries, FAQs, case studies, sales training, infographics demos/videos and more. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency is required.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing secondary market research.
  • Familiarity with sales management and reporting tools.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; proficiency in database management principles is a plus.

NYC Salary Range: $92,400 - $142,800
