This role requires the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, demands maintaining timelines and schedules, must have a high standard for output and work well with a like-minded team, and expects creativity and effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Produce marketing collateral including flyers, web banners, digital and printed ads, photo retouching, and social media images.
• Work closely with all departments across the SSID Group to understand their needs and translate it into compelling and successful creative pieces.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and track details of multiple projects.
• Take a proactive role in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce, revise and update, edit product packaging, flyers, web banners, digital and printed ads, photo retouching, and social media images for over 100 products across 5 product lines.
• Grow a library of internal resources that align with brand guidelines to ensure stylistic consistency across all deliverables.
• Help create and support ongoing quality standards to ensure brand integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors - obtain quotes from print vendors, tradeshow organizers, booth builders, etc
• Produce trade show collateral including full booth design, pull up banners, lightboxes, etc
• Design marketing communications (print and digital) including emails, marketing, product data sheets, and social media campaigns and much more.
• Proof and perform quality control on your own and other’s work in detail.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to advise and support senior level executives.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Video software, Microsoft Office Suite
• Audio, video, and motion graphics production experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus!
• Highly skilled in the development of engaging, visually appealing presentation materials
