Internship Details:
As a Games Developer Intern, you will be an integral part of our development team, assisting in various aspects of game design, programming, and implementation. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain practical experience in the following areas:
- Assisting in the implementation of game logic, AI behaviors, and user interfaces.
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth gameplay experiences.
- Participating in design discussions, offering creative ideas, and providing constructive feedback.
- Conducting research on emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to the team's innovation.
- Collaborating with artists, designers, and other developers to create engaging gameplay mechanics, systems, and features.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with game engines and development tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or recently graduated).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++, C#, or Java.
- Passion for video games and a good understanding of gameplay mechanics.
Additional Assets (not required, but desirable):
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Lua.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation.
- Previous experience with game development projects (personal or academic).
