[P1] is an organization dedicated to fighting for human life and freedom in Virtual Civilization.

Virtual Civilization is the state in which physical civilization is eclipsed by its virtual counterpart.

What We Do

Just like physical civilization has forms of social organization like capitalism or communism, a new form of social organization is made possible by the interconnectedness of virtual worlds.

By unearthing the keys of virtual civilization, we put ourselves in a position to impact that civilization with our values of human life and freedom.

We make virtual experiences and games with the goal of discovering new forms of social organization which may arise in virtual spaces.

Your Role

As a volunteer, you choose your own hours and set your own deadlines.

As a Jr. PM, your responsibilities may include:

✅ Facilitating agile methodology practices

✅ Guiding the development team to work efficiently

✅ Removing impediments and ensuring team productivity

✅ Shielding the team from external distractions

✅ Promoting continuous improvement and learning

✅ Encouraging collaboration and communication within the team

Since we are a volunteer organization, you will be selecting some of these responsibilities but not all of them.
