About the Role:

Job Title: Game Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and edit content provided by partners, players, and the community.
• Create a wide range of high-quality documentation using clear and concise language.
• Create training materials for new launches and updates for Support Agents.
• Collaborate with program managers and player support to keep up with the latest game developments and to author content that will attract and support players.
• Align with business goals and team priorities.
• Use data to inform content and training strategy and improvements.
• Research, plan, design, write, and continuously update game-related content and training materials.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams located around the world to document clear information on tools, APIs, processes, and agent workflows.

Requirements:

• SharePoint
• Zendesk experience
• Office 365

Location: Remote (US)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between USD $50,000 - $68,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
