Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver virtual lessons that align with curriculum objectives.
Employ a mix of synchronous and asynchronous tools to enrich course content.
Facilitate live lessons on essential subjects, fostering student engagement.
Utilize diverse teaching techniques to inspire and motivate students.
Assess student progress through virtual assignments, quizzes, and exams.
Provide timely, constructive feedback to students, encouraging growth.
Maintain up-to-date grading records using our online grade book.
Monitor student progress to ensure timely course completion.
Foster positive communication within the virtual classroom environment.
Collaborate with peers, administrators, and parents to nurture inclusivity.
Support various instructional services to enhance student experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
Valid state teaching certification in ELA in AL, CO, MN, or SC.
Minimum three years of classroom teaching, including one year of online teaching experience.
Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms and online learning.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective student, parent, and staff engagement.
Adaptability to evolving technology and teaching methodologies.
