Ear, Nose & Throat Specialty Care of MN is a privately owned practice with 10 clinics in the metro area, seeking a professional individual with exceptional customer service and nursing experience to become a part of our amazing team!

The CMA will provide superior service and is responsible for effectively communicating with patients. This position includes serving as a resource for patients and staff providing excellent customer service in a professional manner. This position requires critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and a strong work ethic. Tasks include but are not limited to, rooming patients, patient phone calls, referrals, data collection and providing back-up in the clinic.

Our perfect candidate will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior customer service, be highly motivated and have a positive attitude and be a team player. Candidate must be reliable, able to multi-task, have strong computer skills and work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position has multiple duties and responsibilities and is perfect for someone who has great organizational skills, pays attention to detail, and enjoys a busy atmosphere.

Days: Monday through Friday (May travel to Northern clinics- Coon Rapids, Maple Grove)

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary depending on need)

Essential Functions:

• Maintaining exam rooms and other clinical areas
• Rooming patients
• Ordering imaging and lab testing
• Document health information
• Assisting with referrals
• Assisting providers with procedures

• EMR experience required
• 3 years medical clinic experience required
