Job Description
The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join its Hotel Personnel Team! The Front Office Supervisor (FOS) is responsible for supervising all duties of the front office including front office team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations resulting in exceptional guest satisfaction and feedback. How You'll Make an Impact: Assist the Hotel Front Office Manager (FOM) in supervising, training, resolving issues/problems, coaching and counseling and directing the work of the front desk team members and hotel front office to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality and a quality operation are provided to hotel and casino guests. Supervise the day-to-day operation and work activities of assigned personnel ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures. Allocate rooms to expected arrivals utilizing the guest's preferences and special requests. Supervise, train, coach and support front office staff, ensuring they perform in accordance with established hotel and property standards and core values. Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service. Timely respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years progressive experience in hotel front desk operations (Gaming industry is a plus.)
