MBI is seeking an experienced Front Office Specialist to join our team in Fort Collins, CO!
This is a full-time position.
Starting salary range is $18.00 - $23.00/hr., DOE
Under the direct supervision of the Center Administrator, the Front Office Specialist is accountable for greeting patients in a welcoming manner, as well as scheduling appointments and addressing patient inquiries over the phone and in person. While handling patient relations generally, specific duties include checking patients in and out of the clinic, verifying insurance, obtaining consent for treatment, updating patient records and ensuring charge entry into the billing system. This role is also accountable for communication with employers and insurance carriers by phone, fax and secure email. The Front Office Specialist contributes to the maintenance of a clean, organized clinic environment, presenting a professional demeanor as the “face” of MBI/Workwell to patients and visitors.
Requirements

• Spanish bi-lingual preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2 or more years of experience in a fast-paced medical office environment preferred
