Job Description
Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls covering a range of inquiries in a professional manner and performing general administrative duties. Assist with reservations, membership, and event inquires by telephone and in-person; tracking all inquires in a computerized reservation system. Coordinator to go orders, which includes: taking, coordinating and preparing orders for pickup. Interface with administrative, front of house and kitchen staff in event coordination. Supports Event Coordinator by preparing event booking contracts and function sheet for conferences and banquets held in the Faculty Center.

Ability to read documents and orders written in standard English text such as meeting and conference contracts and business letters, Etc.

Skill in writing grammatically correct routine business correspondences.

Typing skills to prepare event schedules and business correspondences with good speed and accuracy.

Demonstrated skill in operating a PC and demonstrated knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, as well as familiarity with the internet.
