Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time 2Nd Shift

For over 20 years Riverhills Neuroscience has been the region's premier provider of comprehensive neuroscience care by offering a complete diagnosis, education, treatment and rehabilitation services for individuals with the diseases and injuries of the nervous system.

Riverhills Neuroscience currently has a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist opening at the Norwood Office. This position will be scheduled to work two or three days a week, 3pm-10pm. Opportunities to pick up additional hours may be available.

Job Overview

• Verify insurance coverage and referral information and collect copays as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
• Have ability to float between different departments and locations within Riverhills
• Assist patient with check in process, which includes distribution of required forms
• Accurately enter patient demographics and insurance information into EMR system

Background And Experience

• Superior verbal and written skills are a must
• EMR experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• 1 -2 years front office medical experience
