Whether coordinating client appointments, receiving fees for treatment, or ensuring a smooth check-in process, your work is integral to fostering a safe place for anyone beginning their recovery journey with us.

As you join our mission to help those suffering from substance use disorders reclaim their lives, expect to thrive in a comfortable, welcoming, and fun environment where you are valued for the work you do, championed by passionate leaders, and equipped with the tools and ongoing training you need to achieve your goals.

Along the way, we’ll invest in your well-being through a benefits package that includes

  • Tuition and Continuing Medical Education reimbursement up to 100%
  • Subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Short and long-term disability insurance
  • Paid sick, vacation, and holiday time
  • 401K retirement plan with match
  • Life insurance
  • Health savings account
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Employee assistance program to support your mental health and wellness

The shift will rotate within the hours of operation. This is a full-time position working M-F with alternating weekends/holidays.

Hours of operations Monday – Friday 530 am to 600 pm; Saturday 600 am to 1200 am; closed on Sundays

We’re looking for someone who

  • Remains friendly, helpful, and courteous when interacting with clients, including those who are chemically dependent.
  • Enjoys a consistent schedule.
  • Is excited to work in an outpatient setting, much like a doctor’s office.

To thrive in this role, you must be able to

  • High School Diploma plus work experience (required)
  • Answer incoming clinic phone calls, taking messages when appropriate.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Send all information requested to the business manager, adjusting when appropriate.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and receptionist duties.
  • Attend required staff meetings, workshops, and training as assigned by the clinic manager.
  • Greet and receive clinic clientele and guests.
  • Complete required financial paperwork in a timely fashion.
  • Schedule medical and clinical appointments for all clients.
  • Receive all fees for service from the private paying clientele, including maintaining accurate and complete financial records within a computer system.
  • Monitor clinic lobby and assist with efficient check in and dosing.
  • Experience in a medical facility is desirable, but not required.
