Riverhills Neuroscience currently has a Full Time Front Desk Receptionist opening.

Job Overview

• Assist patient with check in process, which includes distribution of required forms
• Other duties as assigned
• Have ability to float between different departments and locations within Riverhills
• Accurately enter patient demographics and insurance information into EMR system
• Verify insurance coverage and referral information and collect copays as necessary

Background And Experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• EMR experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• 1 -2 years front office medical experience preferred
• Superior verbal and written skills are a must
