As a Forensic Social Worker 1, you will be responsible for the completion of Biopsychosocial Assessments, participates in developing, coordinating and facilitating treatment plan, in conjunction with other clinical treatment team members. You will consult with multi-disciplinary team on services, review reports, assist with admissions and coordinate discharges on assigned units.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in social work or social welfare.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- A conditional offer of employment will require satisfactory completion of a medical examination and drug screening test.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
