We are looking for a skilled Food Prep Worker to prepare ingredients and assist with cooking tasks in a busy kitchen environment. As a Food Prep worker, you will be an essential part of a dynamic team, helping to create delicious meals that will delight our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all ingredients and supplies are well-stocked and properly stored.
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Help with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Prep ingredients, such as cutting vegetables, slicing meat, and preparing sauces.
• Assist with cooking tasks, such as grilling, baking, and frying.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen and equipment according to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Proven experience as a food prep worker or similar role.
• Food handler's certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience with kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.

Our services and gig opportunities span across the nation, but for this particular role, we're targeting candidates located in or around the vibrant city of Charlotte, North Carolina. With our partnerships with local businesses, we offer a plethora of opportunities in this location.

Please note that, while our platform operates digitally, this role as a Food Prep Worker requires physical presence in the assigned kitchen. Therefore, applicants should be able to commute to work locations in and around Charlotte, NC.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
