The Prep Cook will prepare food for the Four Flamingos Culinary operation, reporting directly to the Executive Chef. Must have morning availability for 2 days, 6-8 hour shifts. Work days and start times are flexible.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Capable of performing repetitious duties.
• Previous prep cook experience a plus, but not required
