Food & Beverage Lead Jobs

In short, we are looking for a talented individual who will assist our Food & Beverage Manager(s) in achieving both short- and long-range goals by working with a small, exclusive operational team in all aspects of food and beverage operations at our Summit Skywalker Ranch property. In this role, you will provide hands-on, skilled leadership and direction to the F&B team and be relied upon to foster an exciting, positive, results-based workplace environment founded on service excellence.

Can you…

• Facilitate events in the absence of the F&B Manager.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans that will enhance the service skills and cohesiveness of full-time and on-call staff?
• Administer operational practices and procedures in accordance with governing food and beverage laws and regulations, and ensure the high standards reflected in the culture of Skywalker Ranch are upheld?
• Multi-task with high efficiency and resolve issues with tact and diplomacy?
• Proactively collaborate with operational leadership to efficiently manage daily food and beverage functions and ’on floor’ event execution, including directing, supporting and working side-by-side with staff?
• Conduct post-event retrospectives to evaluate trends, assess missed opportunity, and identify methods to improve
• Review BEOs with team and Lead pre-service meetings in a way that ensures everyone is not only prepared to provide an elevated guest experience, but is also engaged and equipped to overlap with value?
• Ensure seamless delivery and impeccable service for the restaurant, bar, dining room and private events?

Requirements

Have you..

• Demonstrated consistent success working in fast-paced environments where organizational, communication, multi-tasking and problem solving skills were essential?
• Become accustomed to and actually enjoy working flexible hours, particularly during busy times and high profile events
• Successfully led and mentored others, and built strong, long-lasting relationships with staff at all levels
• Developed proficient computer/technical skills to include PMS Systems and perhaps Agilysys?
• Mastered the art of a European service style and catered to distinguished guests at a luxury property?
• Gained at least three years experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Banquet Captain in a luxury hotel, residence, or restaurant?
