• 100% in office for 2 - 3 months then will transition to a hybrid (in office / work from home) schedule

Job Summary

Fielding inbound calls from members, agents, and plan participants regarding existing or new retirement savings plans. Plan Overview: The plan consists of two programs: a 457 Plan and a 401(k) Plan, both of which offer pre-tax and Roth (after-tax) options.

• Securities Industry Essentials study materials will be provided, but the representative will be responsible for covering the cost of the SIE exam.

Essential and Responsibilities

• Designs and administers plans funded by all types of investments, with investment direction provided by trustee(s) and/or plan participants.
• Coordinates full communication between contract holders, producers, and with internal departments.
• Duties include assisting customers with asset allocation, investment guidance, and plan specific information.
• Call volume 50 - 60 inbound calls per day ( this is NOT a sales role )
• Provides prompt efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service: hospitality / retail
• Solid communication both written and verbal
• General office practices, and customer service
• Basic mathematics, familiarity with office filing systems and record keeping procedures, and problem-solving techniques

Education:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar discipline preferred

Experience:

2 years customer service / sales in a fast paced environment
