Financial Services Manager I, Customer Experience

The FOCS (Food Service Operations & Customer Service) Organization is the backbone of the Food Service Business Unit. Its mission: “Provide our customers with easy access to industry-best beverage equipment, services, and products, enabling them to serve their guests high quality Coca-Cola beverages while growing profits.


The FOCS FSMI is a member of the Group Finance Director - Customer Care leadership team. This position will play a key financial role in supporting the Food Service Operations & Customer Service team. Along the way, this position will support the digital transformation within the financial operations to support the FOCS organization.


In addition, this position is accountable for delivering FOCS’ annual $200MM Revenue, $80MM OPEX, $160MM dispenser equipment expense budget and for maintaining control over 500k dispenser assets with NBV in excess of $500MM. This position stewards an annual dispenser CAPEX plan of $150MM and has dispenser related balance sheet and internal control accountability. This position serves as a JDE (dispenser fixed asset system) Product Owner and deals with technically complex information systems.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Financial Business Partner for FOCS organization
  • Financial oversite of the FOCS P&L ($200MM revenue, $90MM OPEX, 750 employees)
  • Partners with Platform Services on Balance Sheet and P&L management & reporting
  • Stewards $150MM dispenser capex budget
  • Provides dispenser equipment finance support for both US and Canada
  • Serves as equipment finance liaison for internal and external audits
  • Maintains internal control over equipment and parts warehouses with inventory value >$100MM
  • Presents results monthly to leadership level audiences as part of ongoing management routine


Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Master’s degree preferred. C.P.A. preferred.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience


Functional Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communications skills, appropriate for external and internal audiences
  • Demonstrated aptitude with information systems
  • Project management experience
  • P&L management experience
  • Internal Control experience
