Job Description
Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMESNT ANALYST in the Comptroller Group/Accounting Dept./Customer Personnel Support Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will research, analyze, resolve anomalies and execute between internal and external accounting and reporting systems. You will oversee the financial management, accounting, and reporting of the Accounting Department. You will develop, interpret and maintain accounting policies and practices. You will implement legal and regulatory controls over Accounting. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To Qualify for the DA-02 Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (DA-01 or GS 1-4) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Financial Management Analyst, one year of which was equivalent to at least GS-4. Experience must include some or all of the following: 1)Experience with Microsoft platforms; 2)Researching, analyzing, resolving anomalies and executing between internal and external accounting and reporting systems;3) Interacting within and outside the activity to exchange information and to resolve problems of moderate complexity. To Qualify for the DA-03 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (DA-02 or GS 5-8) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Financial Management Analyst. Specialized experience must include some or all of the following: 1)Analyzing, recommending, and executing internal operational change that pertains to accounting transactions, systems, and processes; 2) Experience applying knowledge of financial management regulations policies and practices;3) Experience with Microsoft platforms;4) Interacting within and outside an activity to exchange information and to resolve problems of moderate complexity.
