Financial Analyst Jobs

Hybrid set up in Hawthorne, CA

6 months contract with the possibility of an extension

Must be in Technology, logistics industry, warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate trends, and assess implications along with developing actionable strategies
• Assist in the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to determine key drivers impacting the Company’s performance
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, People, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to help them manage their financial goals and drive better efficiency and productivity
• Aid in various ad-hoc financial analyses and projects
• Assist in the preparation of materials for the Company’s Board of Directors
• Work with the finance team to maintain the weekly rolling contra revenue forecasting process used to identify and communicate areas that may require additional focus
• Recommend, implement, and report on benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance
• Prepare promotion elasticity analysis act vs forecast & month-end variance analysis for contra revenue

Qualifications

Years of Experience: 4-6 years as a financial analyst

Required:

 NO BANKING OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION EXPERIENCE

 Not a reporting analyst, a FINANCIAL analyst – take the data and give the conclusion not

just create a report.

 Manufacturing finance would be good

 EXCEL IS A MUST

 Tableau and Oracle

 Communication Skills

 Self-sufficient, no hand-holding needed

Preferred:

 Prophecy - experience

Degree or Certification:

 Finance or Accounting Bachelor’s
