POSITION TITLE: Financial Analyst

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the Company's monthly close and forecast processes, financial presentations, annual and long-range plan, variance analysis and ad-hoc projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist in monthly close activities, forecasting, and annual budget processes including consolidation and variance analytics. Prepare monthly reporting on key financials for review by several members of Executive team. Communicate and collaborate with business partners including regional finance teams and department owners. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of materials for Board of Directors, Investor and other company meetings and presentations. Analyze results, perform variance analysis and identify trends. Take complete ownership (build, maintain, and streamline) of complex financial models to drive results. Continuously improve and automate forecasting and reporting processes. Analyze and work with large volumes of data from a variety of sources to provide business insights and guidance to senior management.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
