As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and managing financial models for our diverse businesses and entities across the entire enterprise. Your focus will be on crafting comprehensive P&L models and presenting them to our esteemed senior leadership.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing annual P&L models and operating budgets that span the TransformCo enterprise, ensuring our financial strategies are aligned for success.
Utilizing your expertise, you will create insightful 3-statement financial models, empowering us to make informed decisions.
Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you forecast, track, and reconcile P&L statements on an ongoing basis, providing real-time insights into our financial performance.
Analyzing monthly actual-to-budget trends, you will proactively identify factors contributing to both positive and negative trends, and develop strategic programs to enhance our bottom line.
With your expertise in financial modeling, you will predict and analyze financial performance and assess the impact of strategic decisions, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
As a trusted business partner to our management team, you will provide strategic counsel, offering valuable insights into profit improvement and financial trends across the organization.
You will design and implement data architecture solutions, ensuring that financial and statistical data is captured and organized logically, expanding our knowledge base and enhancing decision-making.
Your recommendations will be actionable and instrumental in addressing business challenges and seizing opportunities, as you guide leadership on trends and strategic initiatives affecting our overall P&L.
By identifying data architecture and technical opportunities, you will provide innovative solutions to complex data problems, enabling us to make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Monitoring and coordinating all data activities, you will ensure seamless efficiency and escalate issues as needed, guaranteeing smooth operations.
Skills & Experience Requirements
You possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, enabling you to leverage these tools to their fullest potential.
With excellent communication and presentation skills, you can effectively convey complex financial insights to diverse audiences.
Thriving in a dynamic environment, you can prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure, always delivering exceptional results.
You have 2 to 3 years of direct investment banking experience with a top-tier bank or financial institution, making you a valuable asset to our team.
Experience with data analysis and data modeling tools, including logical and physical designs, will be pivotal in driving data-centric decisions.
Your superior analytical skills, strong quantitative foundation, and critical thinking will be key drivers of success.
A commanding grasp of investment measurement and valuations principles positions you as an invaluable resource to TransformCo.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Essbase will further enhance your contributions to our financial modeling endeavors.
Possessing an MBA with a concentration in Finance or Data Analytics will be seen as a distinct advantage.
