Financial Analyst-Global Manufacturing Jobs

Global $2billion manufacturing and consumer products company is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst at their headquarters in Los Angeles. This role is on the Pricing Team and will work in a team environment, collaborating with all departments and various levels and requires a solid understanding of Financial Forecasting & Analysis, Accounting, Contracts and Business Operations.

REPORTS TO: Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Forecast monthly P&L and annual budget for assigned accounts

· Perform cash flow and return analysis for new business investments

· Perform price and sales allowance administration for major customers

· Prepare, record, issue and reconcile contractual sales allowances and credits

· Conduct ad hoc analysis and studies for Senior Management and Sales

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Business.

· 2+ years’ Finance & Accounting experience

· Strong proficiency in business, technology and finance

· Solid understanding of Financial Forecasting & Analysis, Accounting, Contracts and Business Operations

· Analytical skills

· Good analytical skills

· Strong verbal/written communication skills

· Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency - Advanced excel modeling

· Microsoft Access database management, and Visual Basic code experience is a plus.
