Supply Chain Project Management Trainee

Please note there will be no remote work opportunities.

At least 6 months of prior work/internship experience.

Must be available to work full-time M-F, 9am-6pm for the duration of the 12-month program.

PR Trainee, Women’s & Digital

Strong people management and communication skills are required

3+ years working in project/program management

BS or MS in Chemistry, Biotech, Biology, Mycology, or scientific discipline preferred OR having experience in the production of textile manufactures.

Gain thorough understanding of the product, process, customer specifications and identify gaps using business needs to drive priorities

Partner with department heads to set and monitor strategy/team goals

Prepare routine project status updates via formal and informal channels (monthly reports, project retrospectives, ad hoc reports/presentations)

Degree in a manufacturing, engineering, or management related field preferred or equivalent management experience

Working knowledge of modern sales and management methods and techniques

Manage and lead team members in your area

Work with supervisors and managers in your area to accomplish goals

Strong knowledge of construction industry

PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications desirable

Leadership experience with excellent interpersonal and influential skills

• Manages transformational change using change management methodology

Experience in plastics, chemicals processing or materials development and processing.

Manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality using both internal and external resources.

Bachelor of Science in Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related field experience working in a manufacturing environment

Certification in Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt from ASQ or equivalent.
