PeopleSoft Business Analyst

12 months (Extendable)

Work location Albany, NY (2 days onsite and 3 days off site-hybrid position).

PeopleSoft Business Analyst will support the New York State Retirement Redesign Project.

Mandatory Requirements

• Four or more years of experience utilizing an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.
• Strategy analysis
• Business analysis planning and monitoring
• Requirements life cycle management
• Requirements analysis and design definition
• Four or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs.
• Four or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment in each of at least three of the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis “A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge ® {BABOK® Guide}”):
• Solution evaluation
• Elicitation and collaboration

Desired Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions emphasizing use of delivered functionality either to removing existing customizations or to provide solutions to meet business needs.
• Experience performing business analysis in one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules CRM, HCM, FIN & IB.
• Experience performing business analysis in a government setting.
• Four or more years of experience utilizing PeopleSoft Application Designer as a reference tool for functional design, support, and troubleshooting.
