We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent, with a passion for all things media - to launch your career as a Financial Analyst, FP&A on our Finance Team. The Financial Analyst, FP&A will oversee day-to-day financial operations, liaise with other Finance teams, and support all other finance deliverables as related to revenue. Responsibilities include timely and accurate financial reporting, budget and forecast building and ad hoc analysis. This position will report to the Manager of FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do & How You’ll Learn
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Ensure that reporting requirements and uploads, as well as all financial transactions such as payables occur on a timely basis, with accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of presentations detailing financial result and strategic process to Senior Management
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Assist with monthly close process including timely review/preparation of journal entries and variance analysis
- Regularly liaise with other finance teams
- Assist with the annual budget and forecasting process in close coordination with other members of the FP&A team (quarterly and annual forecasts, scenario modeling)
- Analyze monthly results compared to forecast
Desired Skills & Experience
About You:
- Ability to create VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTS, etc. in Excel
- 2+ years of experience in a financial operations role, with budgeting and analysis responsibilities. Media experience is preferred.
- Highly proficient in MS Office products Excel, Power Point, and Access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, high level of integrity, quick learner, a self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Khalix, Longview, Hyperion and SAP Vantage a plus

We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.
The salary range for this position is $62,500 to $65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
