The role
We are searching for an organised individual for our new, small but expanding team in New York. You will be central to the day to day running of the office - be a positive and proactive coordinator of finance and daily operations.
Additionally you will have regular liaison with our London office.
Core Responsibilities
The core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
In role, you will be looking after the offices in NYC with the coordination of suppliers, contracts and procurement of materials. Supporting the team (e.g. carrying out travel bookings & travel expense claims for the team, appointment coordination & meeting preparations, processing incoming and outgoing mail etc).
You will be the first contact person for our main telephone number and maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments.
In addition to Ops tasks the role will perform day-to-day accounting duties including order-to-cash invoicing to customers, purchase-to-payment process, staff expenses, transactional book-keeping and helping to prepare financial and operational reports + fact finding.
