Position Summary
As part of the Finance Operations Team, the Manager, Finance Operations will be required to manage tasks such as business reporting (building and deriving insights), resource management, and systems administration. In this role, you will directly support business and commercial activities in partnership with our media activation and client finance teams.
Responsibilities
Support the Reprise Finance Operations team across day-to-day activities including systems administration and oversight, contract tracking, third party tools management, resource management, and helping develop reporting deliverables. Day to day tasks to include:
- Buy management system administration: owner and expert in media system of record (Prisma). Responsible for helping troubleshoot questions, assisting in onboarding teams onto the tool, developing best practices and processes, and increasing adoption of platform integrations.
- Resource Management: Ongoing tracking of all resource assignments. Assist with oversight of quarterly revised estimate/budget cycles (“REs”): oversight of meeting management with finance and business leads, responsible for tracking all resource changes and reflecting them in the system, ownership of all resource allocation outputs. Oversight of cost and resource tracking for global capability centers (GCCs).
- Special projects: Support SVP and Director, Finance Operations across all special projects, process updates, or training initiatives led by the Finance Operations team. Responsible for project planning in partnership with wider Finance Operations team, working with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track, and reporting against milestones up to senior leadership
- Other systems/tools oversight: Responsible for directly overseeing tasks associated with Reprise’s workflow management tool, including setting up teams, helping develop process workflows, tracking global progress and adoption, and troubleshooting. Direct oversight and management of all third party tools tracking and tools administration/oversight as needed.
- Reporting: Responsible for monthly reporting deliverables like utilization reporting, resource allocation tracking and management, third party cost tracking, and P&L reporting delivery
- Team collaboration: Oversight of team status meetings and agenda, and sharing proactive updates with Finance and Operations teams on project status, resource allocation status, etc.

- Excellent project management skills and experience
- Will be required to be financially minded and provide solid partnership to the Finance team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively with colleagues of varying levels of seniority
- Proficient excel skills with an enthusiasm to advance your learnings. Advanced excel skills a plus
- Strong proficiency in business management and operational principles and concepts

- Ability to prioritize and efficiently/effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills: must be able to break down and articulate complex information to all teams within the organization

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
