Your New Role

Senior bundle support leader responsible end to end for ownership of the numbers both actual and projected for assigned networks. Lead will be responsible for overseeing the forecast process weekly for these networks and be responsible for working with sales leadership, network leadership and senior finance leadership on the attack plans for each of these networks including assessing clock management, and ad hoc content analysis.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Forecasting (and actuals): Take over ownership of forecast end to end for bundle networks on a weekly basis Present forecast to senior finance and sales management and heads of networks. Address all aspects of risks and opportunities, models run by team, communication and validation of drivers, and overseeing creation of presentation materials with team.

• Attack Plan Management: Own the attack plan for the bundle networks – works with sales to identify opportunities, secure senior buy in and work across the organization to implement. Size opportunities and deliver.

• Weekly pacing: Day to day oversight of all pacing for these networks. Coordinate and consolidate a weekly forecast pacing (not just bookings). Communicate drivers and areas to continue to monitor.

• Budget: Lead budget process for bundle networks. Responsible for compilation of Budget presentation and breakdown of all drivers (KPIs) and visual representation. Work on sensitivity analysis to help establish financial view point on risks and opportunities (gap closers). Present budget to sales management and finance management and address additional analysis requests. This role lead creation of budget deck and implementation of additional analyses based on management’s feedback. Risks and opportunities to provide deeper guidance for management.

• Ad Hoc: Process implementation for new businesses/revenue streams requiring coordination with various finance/operations/accounting teams. Continued support for various management and network data/analysis requests (trending, drivers, etc)

• Leadership: Senior NY sales lead for the bundle. Oversee teams goal setting, career development, coaching, day to day performance and providing guidance. Set the tone in NY.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years in financial analysis and reporting role with experience in budgeting, analyzing, forecasting and communicating drivers.

• Experience in building processes and workflows (documentation, coordination, communication, implementation)

• Hands on experience in building and consolidating budgets, as well as identifying risks and opportunities

• Experience in modeling out KPI drivers and financial impacts and proactively assessing marketplace impacts, provide consultative feedback on models presented

• Experience in identifying opportunities and selling into senior leadership and executing

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $126,350.00 - $234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
