About the Role:

Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we're looking for a motivated Finance and Strategy, Analyst to join our team.

This role will be responsible for the development of budgeting and planning infrastructure in addition to supporting the launch of new strategic initiatives as we build out our reporting function during a critical time in the growth of the business. This position will report to our Director of Finance and receive direct exposure to senior management and investors.

What You'll Do:

• Lead fundraising initiatives and assist with investor relations
• Partner with functional groups across the business to evaluate and execute upon strategic initiatives
• Assist in preparation of board of director materials
• Create and report our monthly & quarterly internal reporting for budget owners, senior management, including insightful analyses to explain trends and any variance to plans
• Support monthly close process through close partnership with the accounting team
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning analysis to support Operations and Finance
• Work closely with tech and data team to develop dashboards with key information for stakeholders across the business

You Have:

• Extraordinary Excel / PowerPoint / financial modeling skills
• Prior experience with Adaptive, Planful, or Cube a plus
• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Corporate FP&A
• Undergraduate degree in finance / economics / accounting / mathematics preferred
• Self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication / collaboration skills required; role involves building strong relationships across the organization and communicating / presenting ideas clearly to management
• Industry experience in healthcare, retail, or consumer products preferred
