What We Are Looking For
As our Field Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to take a breakthrough consumer brand, and introduce it to a whole new audience & market. You will join a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative team to help us continue to grow the MasterClass at Work Enterprise business.
What You Will Do
  • Manage internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to achieve desired program objectives while staying within budget
  • Execute the delivery of high-impact enterprise marketing pipeline programs including VIP events, regional events, webinars, and conference sponsorships both on time and on budget.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the passion to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Drive the relationship, process, and productivity between Marketing, SDR’s and Sales teams to ensure leads are properly routed and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Be a data driven marketer; you will deliver consistent lead and pipeline analysis per region / segment to help Sales identify gaps and make plan adjustments to ensure delivery of the right metrics aligned to sales priorities.
  • Travel domestically as needed
  • Drive new levels of cross-channel and integrated marketing and ensure our marketing activities are aligned and planned well in advance.
  • Lead decision making and discretion regarding event and campaign selection and planning in support of regional goals, aligned to the MQL & pipeline targets.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of events to determine ROI.
  • Build the project plan, execute deliverables, and report on key milestones and activities.
  • Marshall the appropriate resources (internal and external) and talent to ensure a program’s success
About You
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with analyzing business / campaign results to provide regional insights and recommendations
  • Strong track record of delivering unique/special event experiences that drive business results.
  • Exceptional project management, and time management skills including virtual event, complex logistics, venue liaison, production, speaker sourcing, budget management and on-site execution
  • Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
  • Bachelor degree, emphasis in marketing preferred
  • Extensive experience in managing large scale enterprise events and projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to be creative, efficient and productive with minimal supervision or guidance
  • Agile, unflappable, able to change course when the situation demand
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Deep understanding of marketing communications design and production standards
  • A minimum of five years software/technology field marketing experience
  • Experience working in multi-disciplined teams

The salary range below is for NYC/CA/WA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
MasterClass’s salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. In addition to salary, we also offer equity and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, and more). The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
Salary Range
$104,000—$136,500 USD
