l Take lead in technical discussions related to DFM（designed for manufacturing） and design proposals with customers;
l Work closely with customer's product design team in solving mechanical related issues;
l Lead the communication between internal engineering team/project management team and develop schedule to meet build deadlines;
l Assist Key Account Managers in resolving technical issues;
l Active meetings with customers regarding project status/design/engineering issues/future opportunities;
l Occasional travel to Asia;
l Legal working status.
Requirements：
l Language : English,Mandarin is a plus
l Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or electrical engineering) and above 3+ years experience
l Experiences in working with top-tier customers is a plus, familiar with the connector or cable assembly industry (Type C, RJ45, high speed connector, automotive connector etc.).
l 2D/3D modeling
l Project Management
l Strong communication and presentation skills
