3+ years experience in a similar technical, customer-facing role in the life sciences industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex molecular biology workflows effectively.

Acquire, and share know-how and scientific knowledge related to applications with the team (cooking techniques, preparation, conservation, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry or other related field or equivalent experience

3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in the flavor industry or in the food industry

Knowledge of good manufacturing practices in the food industry

Extensive experience in setting up data biological data analysis workflows on either High-Performance Computing (HPC) platforms, or in the cloud.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, conduct research, and develop innovative solutions in an independent manner.

Hands-on experience in using spatial statistic models for the secondary analysis of spatial biology or spatial transcriptomics data.

Hands-on experience with bioinformatics analysis of single-cell next-gen sequencing (NGS)

Hands-on experience with the scientific software stack for the analysis of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics data (e.g., Seurat, Scanpy, Squidpy, etc.).

Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow) for the analysis of imaging-based and/or NGS-based spatial data.
