Job Description
Description
The Innoviz Field Applications Engineer in the California Bay Area will be the technical bridge between leading customers in the self-driving automotive space in North America and Innoviz Applications Engineers in Israel. The FAE will be a significant player in developing autonomous driving technology at customer sites where strong engineering teams integrate Innoviz LiDAR products into the autonomous platform
  • Prioritizing requirements of different stakeholders while taking into account R&D constraints and project timeline
  • Help the team win business
  • Demonstrate Innoviz products at customer sites and trade shows
  • Pre and post-sales support
  • Facilitate communication between Innoviz headquarters and customers
  • Reflecting status to the management
  • Support Automotive OEMs, Tier 1s and Tier 2s in advanced development - including sensor integration, sensor fusion and computer vision development
  • Be an effective bridge between multi-disciplinary R&D teams to create the optimum solution
Requirements
  • Customer-facing role - an upbeat, engaging personality
  • LiDAR experience - an advantage
  • Creative, problem-solving skills
  • BSc in CS / EE
  • Autonomous Vehicle development or integration experience
  • 5+ years of Hardware/ Software experience
