WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities will include:

• Pursue initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction
• Assist local Sales Manager to provide technical support for customers. Supporting included their project, exhibition or visiting them on site;
• Summarize the data of the product and submit it to the quality and R&D departments to trace back the problem and solve it;
• Provide input to the Product Management team for future development efforts
• Write and improve training related documents. Provide local agents with official technical training engineers on a regular basis; Write and improve FAQs and information data base.
• Other related work matters arranged by superiors.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience installing and integrating welding fixtures will be plus.
• Experience with technical training and customer visits.
• Bachelor/Master degree, more than 2+ years experience of local FAE of automation and collaborative robots industry, familiar with the whole process of technical services activities.
• Experience programming in Java, C++ or Python is a plus .
• Good at team work, strong self-motivated and self-learner, good management in the work process and target.
• Experience preferred in collaborative robot, intelligent hardware, with a deep understanding and cognition of automation or robot products.
