Family Management Advisor Jobs

Responsibilities

** Establish and develop understandings from our users; leverage communications to improve user experience

** Facilitate Family user growth and activity

** Communicate and establish relationships with family users of various levels

** Expand family user group participation and grow existing participation rates through calls and message distribution

** Work cross-collaboratively ensuring timely participation of Families in daily, weekly and monthly activities

** Analysis of family activities and interaction behavior to provide weekly insights, leveraging these insights to drive the business forward

Qualifications:

** Experience in a client-facing role such as customer service and account management with high customer volume

** High level of English fluency

** Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions

** Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and process standardization

** Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize information to highlight key insights; Effective in team cross-collaboration

** Ability to connect and build trusting relationships with users; leveraging insights to improve business operations

** Analytical skills; Experience with data analysis and reporting; Ability to make data driven decisions highly preferred

** Experience in utilizing excel and/or Google sheets desired; understanding of formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables a plus
