Three (3) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.

8-10 years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required.

Provides strategic advice and guidance to the Quality Management function. Assists with oversight of the quality management programs.

Participates in due diligence site surveys as appropriate; maintains current knowledge of regulatory agency requirements pertaining to quality assurance activities.

Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field, required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Helps to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Devises quality improvement processes to optimize patient outcomes, enhance operational effectiveness, and facilitate healthy communities.

Experience providing Business Insights including: advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, and benchmarking

Provide advice and quantitative modeling support to identify where portfolio is heading and potential risk and opportunities.

Perform in-depth research on identifying solutions to improve portfolio performance by optimizing across mission, return, and risk objectives.

Propose mitigating solutions to achieve portfolio strategy and goals under adverse conditions.

Proactively and closely communicate and influence various internal stakeholders.
