Job Title: Executive Vice President, Healthcare Communications

Location: Hybrid | Boston, MA

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $275,000 - $300,000 depending on experience.

A leading healthcare communications firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join the team as an Executive Vice President to lead the health practice. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of the company’s corporate healthcare practice and leading a team of experts to deliver exceptional results for clients.

As an EVP, you will also work closely with C-suite executives and clients to strategize their corporate communications.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing proposals and presentations to win new clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on healthcare solutions that align with their business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative healthcare programs, services, and solutions that meet client requirements and address industry trends
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Develop and execute the overall corporate healthcare strategy, including identifying market opportunities, setting business goals, and driving revenue growth
• Stay current with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices and proactively provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience growing and directing a communications practice within healthcare
• Extensive communications agency experience
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate healthcare strategies and driving revenue growth
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare communications
• Comfortable with business development including generating and closing new business
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior leadership
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics
