Executive Assistant/Project Manager

They have recently purchased Suave brand in North America from Unilever. They have retained us to find an Executive Assistant/Project Manager to support their CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This is a hybrid role which would require a few days in the office - Hackensack.

Suave is a leading personal care brand that sells products across hair care, body care, and anti-perspirant/ deodorant. This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor of this new, stand-alone company in support of the CEO and his team. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, providing administrative support, and facilitating effective communication between the CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other stakeholders. The Executive Assistant/Project Manager must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong MS Office Suite skills: PowerPoint, Excel, etc. as well as productivity tools and collaboration platforms is required.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of responsibilities which can range from managing calendars and meetings to conducting research and gathering data to prepare presentations and support key decision making processes. They will serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders including board members, executives, employees and external partners. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality is a must.
