THE ROLE
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help support Wella’s NA Leadership Team.
This person must have immaculate attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Our Assistant will help complete the tactical and logical items on our Executive's plate. Tasks could range from everyday things to complex projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Completing expense reports
· Taking meeting notes and making sure that action items are captured and followed through on
· Complete decks, ensure accuracy and readiness for presentation
· Provide sophisticated calendar management.
· Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
· Act as a liaison and provide support to the executive board.
· Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of Board Secretary
· Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding Board matters
· Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the VPs’ ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports
· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the leadership team, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature
· Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgment to reflect the leadership team’s style and organizational policy

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Pay Range: <$81,000 - $118,000> salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role. In addition, Wella Company provides a rich variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
