Job Description

Our client is a quantitative investment advisor with over a billion in assets under management. They are looking to hire a Chief of Staff who will work directly with the firm's Founder and CIO. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant.


Key responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with the executive team
  • In charge of scheduling and leading weekly calendar reviews
  • Takes charge of email, phone calls, etc. and is flexible to be contacted with over the weekend
  • Prioritizes the founder's life day in and out


Key qualifications:

  • In depth understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant
